For almost 30 years Dan has been involved in the Alberta Real Estate industry as a agent, investor, builder, developer, lender and property manager. Dan’s various holdings include: land, apartments, residential and commercial buildings, warehouses and shopping malls. Dan has also been involved in numerous projects such as: adult bungalows, townhouses, commercial strips and buildings. Dan lives in Edmonton, is married with 3 teenage children and enjoys many sports and plays Jazz piano.

Ed Siffledeen

Ed is a driving force in the real estate industry. Ed’s expertise in working with investors is proven; resulting in successful multi-million dollar real estate ventures and strong representation of his extensive real estate client base in the Alberta marketplace. Ed has been involved in a vast array of businesses over the past 25 years. These include management, the hospitality industry, franchise businesses, consulting, and real estate development. Ed continues to gain insight, expertise and invaluable knowledge of the real estate industry through his attendance to many real estate seminars and industry courses. Ed has been a member of organizations such as the REIN Group (Real Estate Investment Network) among others. He has years of entrepreneurial expertise as well as a vast network of business professionals, investors and advisors. Ed is a self-driven enthusiastic individual who enjoys working on new projects with our investing partners. Ed brings considerable expertise to our team. Ed resides in St. Albert, is married with two sons and enjoys racing Porsches.

Darren Keylor

Darren is a serial entrepreneur having founded several companies that range from video and music production to software development and marketing. He has over 30 years of experience in business management, finance and development. Darren brings a wide range of talents and an extensive network of business contacts to Stratosphere Capital. He has worked with a number of Fortune 500 companies and government agencies throughout North America. For the last several years, Darren has been involved in the production of marketing technology for the financial services industry. Darren lives in Sherwood Park, is married and has one son. In his spare time he enjoys cycling as well as playing and producing music.

MANJIT GAUBA

Manjit Gauba is a hugely successful international entrepreneur. In 2013, he joined as a partner in Stratosphere Capital developing Windermere Plaza. He has also served in development projects in Edmonton with KPS Developments in 2006-2009. His portfolio now includes commercial real estate in Edmonton and food franchises. He serves as director for his businesses in healthcare (Divine Spine Group), and top Franchises – Famoso Neapolitan Pizzeria and Carl’s Jr’s Restaurants. In addition to his business accomplishments, Manjit has also completed his formal education in Psychology and Chiropractic, holding both a Masters and a Doctoral degree. He resides in Edmonton, is married, and is a father of two young boys.
